Bon Gioielli accepts international orders.

We offer mounts only in combination with a purchased center stone. Our settings are specially made to order and tailored by our goldsmiths to accommodate the selected center stone and have unique characteristics that make them suitable for this purpose.

You can purchase a diamond in bulk without purchasing a setting. If you need help choosing a diamond, contact us and we will be happy to help you choose.

Yes, Bon Gioielli ships internationally.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has shipped. Simply follow the link in the email to track the status of your package.

All of our engagement rings and wedding bands are customized and we guarantee completion within 2 weeks. Therefore, you can change your delivery address if we are informed of the change of address within 1 week of the order date, however, the change of address cannot be guaranteed for orders that will be processed and shipped before the estimated delivery time.</ div>

All Bon Gioielli orders are fully insured. Our delivery time is 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.
Since our designs are made to order, the time from order to delivery varies depending on the item. If you need your order before a specific date, please call us and we will do our best to arrange delivery of your order by the expected delivery date.

Bon Gioielli does not charge taxes on behalf of the customer. To streamline the delivery of your order, taxes, duties and VAT are automatically estimated but not included in the price at checkout. Payment of these taxes will be required by DHL at the time of delivery. Shipping is usually completed within 24-72 business hours, but may take longer for customers in the US or other countries.

YES. Our items are fully insured during transit. All purchases require a signature on delivery.

All packages shipped by Bon Gioielli are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Someone must be present at the address to accept delivery; otherwise the courier’s normal non-delivery procedures will apply.

Ring size

There are several methods available to determine your ring size.
Additional charges may apply if sizing is outside of the jeweler’s recommended sizing range.
Please note that we cannot resize the eternity rings, as they must be completely recreated. Some ring styles, due to too many sizes required or the design style itself, may also limit sizing. Therefore, it is very important to order the correct size when purchasing.

Diamond

Almost all diamonds graded by GIA, IGI and HRD are laser engraved on the girdle with a unique identification number.

Every diamond purchase comes complete with an independent laboratory certificate: GIA, IGI or HRD.

Settings

Of course, our exclusive rings are available in our boutique. Although we do not have physical retail stores anywhere, we have a team of highly experienced jewelry specialists who can remotely assist you in choosing the right engagement ring or wedding band from our website. Many of our settings can easily be changed to fit a different center stone shape than the one offered online. It is possible to request a personalized setup (link to personalized rendering page) €30.00 photo rendering with estimate which will be deducted at the time of order confirmation.

Yes, all of our 18k white gold rings are rhodium plated to give them a brilliant white finish.

Of course, we can customize your ring with an inscription for free when you place your order. However, please note that engraved products are non-refundable as they are considered personalized products.

We offer a free re-sizing service for your ring within the first month of purchase, including free return shipping to Europe for the first re-sizing. International customers only pay a small return shipping fee of €50 outside the European Union. However, if more than one resizing is required or if the first month has passed, you will be charged €60 for resizing white gold rings and €40 for yellow and rose gold rings. Shipping costs for returning the item are €30 for European customers and €50 for international customers. However, we do not charge you for returning the ring, so our resizing service is always free.
*Some rings are not suitable for resizing and require reconditioning (such as eternity rings). This may be due to their shape or design. We will notify you before carrying out any work on your ring after receipt and inspection. We will discuss together any additional costs for your regeneration.

During the resizing process, small adjustments will be made by adding or removing small amounts of metal to make the ring fit the size you require. This may result in a slight variation in ring thickness, which may or may not be noticeable. However, your resized ring will be carefully inspected by our customer service team to ensure that it conforms to our high standards and meets your size requirements.

Of course, Bon Gioielli offers the tennis bracelet resizing service! However, we would like to inform you that there is a non-refundable fee of €60 to resize your bracelet.
Any links removed during the resizing process will be returned to the customer. It is important to note that Bon Gioielli does not retain or offer discounts for removed links. Once the links are removed, the bracelet becomes non-refundable.

Custom designed rings take 2-3 weeks to complete, however it can take longer depending on the ring design and the type of center stone you choose. If you need a custom ring for a specific date, contact our jewelry specialists.

Returns Policy

Every diamond, ring and loose jewelry listed on our website comes with a 100% money back guarantee. However, designing your ring using our system does not make it personalized. Our personalized orders concern ring models that are not present on the Bon Gioielli website but are created together with the customer and may include customization with engravings. Please note that engraved products cannot be returned as they fall under personalized products.

Absolutely! Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer the option to return your jewelry within 15 days for a full refund or exchange.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible returns policy. You can return the item within the first 15 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. In addition, we take care of the return shipping costs
Free returns are available to European customers only and are limited to a maximum of 2 returns per customer. International customers are subject to a small $50 return shipping fee. Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized engraved items.
To make a return, simply follow the procedures below:
  1. Contact our customer service on +39 06 905 91 16 to return your order. Within one business day, you will receive an email containing a pre-paid, fully insured 2-day DHL label, along with instructions on how to safely package your items.
  2. Take the order and label to the nearest DHL point and ship them. If you need packing materials, DHL staff will be available to assist you.
  3. Your order should arrive at our premises within a few working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  4. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and will be made using your original payment method. If you have made a bank transfer, please provide us with your bank details via email for refund.
Please note that we do not accept items returned without a RAN number, packages sent after the 15 day return period, packages improperly packaged or uninsured. In addition, returned items must be intact and in new, unused condition. Any signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Bon Gioielli will make the item ineligible for return and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
In the case of loose diamonds, they must be accompanied by the original laboratory evaluation report (GIA, IGI or HRD). Otherwise, a fee of €200 will be charged to replace the certificate.
Eternity rings cannot be resized and must be completely refurbished. If you need to resize an Eternity ring within the initial 15 day window, you will need to return the ring in full. We will send the ring to the factory to determine the remanufacturing fee. We will send you a quote for the adjustment within a week. (Please note that the reconditioning fee is €300.00).
