Bon Gioielli offers free shipping throughout Europe.

All orders are shipped via DHL or the appropriate courier for your order. All Bon Gioielli orders are fully insured. Our delivery times are 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Since our designs are made to order, the time from order to delivery varies depending on the item. If you need your order before a specific date, please call us and we will do our best to arrange delivery of your order by the expected delivery date.

If you place an order on a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will begin processing on the next business day. Some orders may arrive before the expected delivery date if they are ready and we will inform you when delivery is expected.

Bon Gioielli is committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions, courier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Before being packed and shipped, all orders receive a final quality assurance and each item is placed in a jewellery box to protect it during transit.

Our team will keep you updated on the status of your order and you can always contact us if you have any questions. For your protection Bon Gioielli always: – Pack your order carefully. – Insure and record all items for their full value. – Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. – Requires an adult 18 years or older to sign for delivery.
