Free returns within 15 days and fast refunds
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the product. To make your Bon Gioielli shopping experience as relaxing as possible, we also offer free return shipping for all orders in Europe. Please call Bon Gioielli on +39 069059116 or contact us for items to be returned or to report damage or defects. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Note: Two free returns are allowed per customer per year. We will send you a free, fully insured shipping label via email within one business day of your return request. In order to be returned, your item must be in original purchased condition, unworn, include all original product packaging and documentation, original diamond certificate (if applicable), and be shipped back to us within the 15 day window . After receiving the returned order, our quality control department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. A Return Authorization Code (RAC) is required for all returns. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization code.
Returns are processed on weekdays and can take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Following receipt of your item, you will receive a confirmation email or, if you prefer, a phone call. Our quality control department will examine the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way, or modified, or engraved, or resized by a jeweler other than Bon Gioielli, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Bon Gioielli will refund the original purchase amount of the item via the payment method used for the original purchase. For all credit card refunds, please allow a monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately on +39 069059116. Please keep all packaging materials unless otherwise indicated by Bon Gioiellis. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately after receiving your order. Bon Gioielli’s is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments returned.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
- Get your return authorization code: Call us at +39 069059116 to get a return authorization code and request your free DHL return shipping label. Write the return authorization code on the outside of the package you are returning.
- Order Packaging: For all returns, please include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including packing slip and all diamond certificates (otherwise a $250 replacement fee per diamond certificate will be charged). For safety reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.
- Shipping and Insurance: In order for insurance to be valid with the use of the DHL prepaid label, you must “”double package”” the shipment and follow these instructions. Enclose your item inside its original ring jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging of your order. Place the ring jewelry box inside the medium box. Place the medium box inside the larger box. If you don’t have the original packaging, please include the ring jewelry box in a small DHL Priority box and seal it. Then place the small DHL Priority box inside a medium DHL Priority box and seal it. Attach the label to the outside of the larger box and deliver it to the nearest DHL point. Bon Gioielli’s and DHL are not responsible for packages stored in DHL Drop Boxes or in locations not managed by DHL.
